This unit features a cable and pulley system powered by an AL-KO hand winch, an aluminum load platform, sturdy steel frame with aluminum uprights, large rear wheels, and front swivel casters. The platform raises and lowers smoothly along the vertical mast. Shows signs of use consistent with a working environment but remains fully functional.
