The Ole Hickory Pits EL-ES Converted To LPG commercial BBQ smoker features (12) 18in. by 22in. revolving racks that provide a cooking surface of up to 33 square feet. Rotating End Loading. This heavy-duty rotisserie smoker features fifteen 12" x 24" removable nickel-chrome racks, providing a total of 30 square feet of cooking surface. Built with a 12-gauge welded steel interior, tubular steel frame, 22-gauge stainless steel exterior, and 1,200°F-rated mineral wool insulation, it is designed for durability and efficient heat retention. The unit is ETL approved for gas, electrical, and sanitation standards and operates on 110V, 60Hz, single-phase power with a 15-amp service. It is equipped with a 65,000 BTU gas burner with electronic ignition for either LP or natural gas, a firebox that burns two standard fireplace logs for up to six hours, and a thermostat-controlled temperature range of 100°F to 325°F. Additional features include an upper limit safety control switch, 2½-inch dial thermometer, heavy-duty foot switch for rotisserie advancement, a convection system with a ¼ HP motor and 10-inch fan blade, 4-inch flue, 2-inch grease drain with baffle valve, and a heavy-duty ¼ HP chain-driven rotisserie motor.
