This Includes two Bakers Pride Model Y-800 commercial natural gas deck ovens manufactured in 2007. Designed for high-volume pizza, bakery, and foodservice operations, these heavy-duty deck ovens feature welded steel construction, thick Cordierite hearth baking decks for superior heat retention, fully insulated baking chambers, and independently controlled top and bottom heat to provide even, consistent baking performance. Their large deck design is ideal for producing pizzas, artisan breads, calzones, pretzels, sandwiches, and a variety of baked menu items while maintaining excellent temperature recovery during continuous commercial use.

Each oven is configured for Natural Gas operation with a 120,000 BTU/hr input and 3.5" W.C. manifold pressure. Data plate information includes Model Y-800, Serial Numbers 66480 and 66162, Date Codes G07 and J07 (2007 manufacture), and NSF/CSA certification. These units are manufactured by Bakers Pride Oven Co., Inc., New Rochelle, New York. The data plate indicates no electrical requirements for operation (standing pilot gas design).
