The floor model Thermo-kool blast chiller and shock freezer is mounted on four heavy-duty casters for mobility and hassle-free configuration. It has one compartment designed to hold five full-size pans (only has 3 racks) in stainless steel walls insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. The door is field reversible for user customization. This reach-in unit measures 32" wide x 36" deep x 42" high. Inside dimensions are 28' wide x 22" deep x 16.5" tall. Test and works.
