Condenser and evaporator fan motors ensure fast temperature cool down and a fast recovery with high-volume usage, giving operators a sense of stability and reliability. To keep the cabinet temperature cool, the refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the condensing unit is mounted on the bottom of the cabinet for maintenance and cleaning. Removing dirt and dust from the condensing coil, the condensing fan motor operates in reverse for 20 seconds after the compressor is started. This self-cleaning feature along with routine maintenance keeps the coil up to standard to provide proper product temperature and a lengthened unit life. Behind the two double-pane, thermal-insulated glass doors is a brightly illuminated, white aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor.
