The top and bottom doors can hold one half-sized pan and one third-sized pan, while the top drawer fits one fourth-sized pan and one sixth-sized pan. Other possible pan orientations of the top drawer include placing one full-size pan longways and front to back, or three sixth-sized pans. The unit's interior fits one epoxy-coated shelf that's adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments and foamed in with high-density polyurethane to maintain cool temperatures. Both the interior and exterior are made of high-strength stainless steel. This Hoshizaki WR48B-D2 worktop refrigerator measures 48 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 40 inches high and is installed with a self-contained refrigeration system. The built-in capillary tube utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and works effectively in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit's enamel-coated evaporator maintains efficient operation, while a built-in "off-cycle" defrost system reduces freezing to the evaporator's coils.
