The entire cabinet, which is made of strong and abrasion-resistant stainless steel, is insulated with 2-inch-thick polyurethane foam. The doors of the Hoshizaki WR60B worktop refrigerator are spring assisted to remain open past 90 degrees and self close if accidentally left ajar. This unit's self-contained refrigeration system, featuring capillary tubes that utilize R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, holds temperatures between 32 to 52 degrees Fahrenheit and functions in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
