Users can scrape particles into the 4-inch-wide grease trough to funnel into the removable grease tray. The Sierra Range SRTG-24 commercial griddle has a 1-inch-thick steel griddle plate that can retain heat and be used repeatedly without warping over time. A 30,000-BTU U-shaped burner located every 12 inches of griddle width evenly distributes heat. Users can control heat manually from 200 degrees to 450 degrees Fahrenheit to support different cooking methods, from simple reheating to frying.
