To facilitate cleaning and speed heating, the Accutemp EGF2083B4850-T1 griddle is made of smooth cold-rolled stainless steel. Its full-front grease trough catches as much as 6 1⁄2 quarts, and its 4-inch-high rear backsplash prevents splatter.
